These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.owinners.com, operated by Athletic solution experts, (“Owinners”, “we”, “us”).

By using the website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Owinners provides an online platform where users can discover and book sports clubs and activities in Oman.
Owinners is not the owner of the clubs and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of their services.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
We may suspend accounts violating these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in OMR.
  • A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message.
  • Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway provider.
  • Owinners does not store card numbers or sensitive payment details.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Users may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If the club cancels the activity, the user receives a 100% refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued through the same payment method.
  • Refund timing depends on the user's bank or card issuer.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must not misuse the website, engage in fraudulent activity, or interfere with platform functionality.

6. Liability

Owinners is not liable for:

  • Injuries, damages or losses related to club services
  • Actions or omissions of club staff
  • Technical interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount of platform fees (if any) paid by the user.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, design) belongs to Owinners and may not be copied without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent Omani courts.
