This Privacy Policy explains how Athletic solution experts, operating as Owinners. We collect, uses, and protects personal information when users access our website www.owinners.com or Owinners android/ios application and use our services in the Sultanate of Oman.

  • Personal details such as name, email address, and phone number when creating an account or submitting a booking.
  • Payment information which is securely processed by our payment gateway providers.
  • Your device location to provide closest clubs.

Also we collect the following informations anonymously:

  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information.
  • Demographic information provided by Firebase.

 

We do not store or have access to full card numbers, CVV, or expiry dates.

  • Process bookings and payments
